Thanks to those who commented on my last AMA and sent in new questions! My goal here is to provide transparency into my work, and go into further detail on some of the queries I get in DMs during the month.

Here’s this month’s questions:

1. You’ve covered the Anti MLM movement in such depths, where do you see the influence/MLM movement in a year? Will more companies be brought down and new ones pop up? Will there be more regulations on the books for scams like these?

I wish I could predict it. I think there is in general a lot more awareness of what MLMs are, and huge “anti-MLM” online movements have curtailed a lot of the companies significantly in recent years.

However, MLMs have been around for so long that I could foresee some new ones cropping up soon that hide their MLM qualities and still are able to suck people in. I think the only thing that will really stop them is legislation, which so far, hasn’t been forthcoming from federal or state governments. For more…
